Even though the Queue application is quick, easy, and intuitive to use, it's quite possible that you still may have a few questions. Listed below are a few of the more common inquiries. If you have a question not listed below, please feel free to contact us directly.

Q: I don't have a lot of experience with computer graphics and I'm worried about how long it will take me to customize a template.

A: Even a novice computer user will find the process of customization quick and easy. In most cases, Queue users are able to customize materials like a chiropractic postcard or patient education sheet in a matter of a few minutes. This translates into huge savings of both time and money! Also, the materials have been designed so you can customize as little or as much as you want.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: IIn most cases, your customized marketing materials will print and be scheduled for shipping within 48 hours. Depending on the shipping method you select, your materials could arrive as quickly as 3 days. Downloadable materials like chiropractic ads will be ready for you to retrieve in just minutes after you place the order.

Q: Is there any limitation on how many times I can customize templates?

A: No. Once you’ve paid the annual user fee to become an authorized Queue user, you can customize and order as many pieces as you need as often as you want.

Q: I have a mailing database. Can Queue print and mail my customized pieces?

A: Yes, Queue includes a database upload feature. Simply convert your database to a tab-delimited file (we show you how–step-by-step) and upload it during the checkout process. Once your database is uploaded, the system automatically counts the number of recipients, fills in the correct amount to order, and adds the proper postage if you want us to mail them for you.

Q: I'm not sure how to source a prospective patient database. Can Queue help with this?

A: Absolutely. Queue account managers have the experience to help your practice identify database criteria and source the best possible list. Additionally, our account managers can help your practice with marketing planning, custom design, Web development, and more. Read more about it in the Additional Services area of the Web site.

Q: I’ve already spent quite a bit of time and money developing marketing materials for my practice. Can I integrate those materials into Queue?

A: Certainly. Simply provide Queue with the native design files and we can integrate your materials under your Queue storefront login name. This means your marketing materials will only be seen by you.

Q: Will the customized marketing materials I develop include my logo?

A: Yes! Your logo will be integrated into the system during the account setup and will automatically be placed into the design when you log in. If you don't have a practice logo, our designers will create a simple text treatment logo using your practice name.

Q: Are there minimum print order quantities or can I print only the quantity to meet my immediate needs?

A: Queue offers maximum value by providing you with the ability to print most marketing materials in quantities as low as 25 pieces. No longer are you required to print an overabundance of materials in order to achieve the lowest "per piece" pricing.

Q: Once my account is set up, can I have more than one authorized user?

A: Your annual fee includes a "practice" license. This allows you to set up a primary user account and a secondary user within your office.

Q: How much does it cost to become a Queue Marketing on Demand authorized user?

Q: Does the annual fee include access to the full extent of the chiropractic marketing materials and customization functionality?

A: Yes, your annual fee provides full access to the entire Queue offering. The only additional charges you will incur, beyond the annual access fee will be for printing, shipping/handling, and (if Queue is mailing your printed pieces) fulfillment and postage.
